• The twin/double bedrooms can be made out as either 2 singles or a double bed (please request); all the bedrooms have closets and wooden shutters to block the light

• The shower bathrooms have rain showers as well as a handheld shower; double basins; and hair dryers are provided

• Mosquitos are not an issue in the region, nevertheless anti-mosquito plug-in gadgets are supplied as well as citronella candles for the terraces

• The property uses private well water with an extra storage deposit as a back-up and solar panels for general heating; the water is alt treated and not recommended for drinking

• Central heating (Gas) and logs for the fireplace are provided for winter rentals

• TV in living room with MEO channels plus CD player

• WIFI is available throughout including the pool terrace

• The indoor kitchen is equipped with gas hob/electric oven plus extra induction pad and electric grill, microwave, double fridge freezer with ice cube maker, slicing machine, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, wine cellar.
  The outdoor kitchen/diner has a wood fired oven/grill, pizza oven and tandoori oven and well as an open fireplace.

July & August:  €11,990 p/week

May, June & September:  €9,625 p/week

Other Periods:  €7,875 p/week

• Minimum 7 nights stay with flexible change overs; extra nights pro-rated

• Check-in after 16:00 hours & check-out before 10:00 hours

• No parties for more than full capacity, not pets & strictly no smoking indoors (penalty equal to security deposit)

• Extra services are subject to availability and should be booked well in advance especially in high season; no credit cards accepted locally, only cash

• Non-refundable rental deposit of 30% required to reserve the property

• Rental balance due 6 weeks prior to start date of rental, not refundable after this date

• Security deposit of €5,000 to be paid in advance of rental - this amount minus any applicable charges is refundable at the end of the holiday
