With spectacular sea views, a suspended lap swimming pool, and spacious and modern interiors, Salema Beach Villa II is particularly well suited to larger families or groups of friends. Dramatically perched above Salema’s picturesque beach and village, just a short stroll away, the villa enjoys a south-facing position, with the views stretching along the Algarve coastline towards Sagres.

The clean-lines style of the villa has been designed to make the most of its commanding position, with most rooms and terraces enjoying an uninterrupted seascape. There are three levels to the property and 6 en-suite king-size bedrooms, including a self-contained studio on the lowest level with its own terrace overlooking the ocean.

On the main living level, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room has large panoramic windows to a terrace, perfect for leisurely lunches and lingering dinners overlooking the sea. There is also an office for those who need to stay connected.

Outside, a suspended lap pool with a wooden deck, as well as various terraces are positioned to capture both the ever-changing Atlantic views and the Algarve sunshine.

As well as a welcome hamper included in the rental, the villa can be pre-stocked on request before your arrival. Alternatively, we can arrange for a private chef experience during your stay.

Salema Beach Villa II is located next to Salema Beach Villa I. Despite its cliff-top setting, the villa is just 600 metres from Salema village centre, with the beach, restaurants and local atmosphere all within easy reach. Lagos town and its world-class marina are approximately 20 kms away. Other amenities nearby include golf, tennis, a health club and as well as the rugged and beautiful west coast, perfect for surfing.

WARNING NOTES: Whilst children are welcome, the villa is perched high against a cliff top and features various levels, with staircases, terraces and pool with drops – parents must take full responsibility for supervising young children.

GENERAL BOOKING & CANCELLATION TERMS

Minimum 5 nights rental applies 26 June – 28 August; all other periods 3 nights
Check-in after 16:00 hours; check-out before 10:00 hours
No parties for more than full capacity & due to the location of the property there are also restrictions on loud noise after 23:00 hours; pets subject to approval and an extra fee; strictly no smoking indoors (penalty equal to security deposit)
Extra services are subject to availability and should be booked well in advance especially in high season
Non-refundable rental deposit of 50% required to reserve the property
Rental balance due 6 weeks prior to start date of rental, non-refundable after this date
Security deposit of €1,000, to be paid in advance of rental - this amount minus any applicable charges is refundable at the end of the holiday
