4 July - 29 August: €1,500 p/night, minimum stay 7 nights

13 June - 4 July & 29 August - 5 September: €1,150 p/night, minimum stay 4 nights

4 April - 13 June & 5 September - 10 October: €1,050 p/night, minimum stay 4 nights

4 January - 28 March & 10 October - 4 January: €860 p/night, minimum stay 4 nights

• Minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday changeovers apply in July & August; minimum stay of 4 nights accepted during other periods but priority given to week rentals
• Check-in after 16:00 hours & check-out before 10:00 hours
• No parties for more than full capacity, no pets & strictly no smoking indoors (penalty equal to security deposit)
• Extra services are subject to availability and should be booked well in advance especially in high season; no credit cards accepted locally, only cash
• Non-refundable rental deposit of 30% required to reserve the property 
• Rental balance due 6 weeks prior to start date of rental, not refundable after this date
• Security deposit of €2,000 to be paid in advance of rental – this amount minus any applicable charges is refundable at the end of the holiday
