2026 RENTAL PRICES

1 July - 30 September (7 nights minimum): 8 guests @ €5,775 p/week

1 April - 30 June & 1 - 31 October & 20 December - 2 January 2027 (3 nights minimum): 8 guests @ €5,200 p/week or €580 p/night

3 January - 31 March & 1 November - 19 December (3 nights minimum): 8 guests @ €4,160 p/week or €510 p/night

• Minimum 7 nights rental applies during July & August with Saturday change-overs preferred; minimum 3-night rentals accepted other periods
• Check-in after 16:00 hours; check-out before 11:00 hours
• No parties for more than full capacity, no pets & strictly no smoking indoors (penalty equal to security deposit)
• Extra services are subject to availability and should be booked well in advance especially in high season; no credit cards accepted locally, only cash
• Non-refundable rental deposit of 30% required to reserve the property
•  Rental balance due 6 weeks prior to start date of rental, not refundable after this date
• Security deposit of €250 to be handed in at the property – this amount minus any applicable charges is refundable at the end of the holiday
