Villa Os Pinheiros is ideally suited for a large family holiday or group of friends wanting to be within walking distance to the beach. It faces west towards the setting sun and the roof terrace has distant ocean views – perfect for enjoying the regions spectacular sunsets and sundowners after a glorious day at the beach. The long lap swimming pool is heated and there is also an outdoor pit fire for sitting around late into the night.

This luxurious Comporta beach villa of 300 sq metres has been built in the traditional cabana style with a modern vibe. The main building has high wood-beamed ceilings, thatched roof, polished cement floors, and very spacious beach-chic interiors.

The accommodation offered is spread-out as three different cottages opening onto partly shaded terraces for chilling outdoors and “al fresco dining” with a sunny disposition around a central and long swimming pool. Wooden decked areas, in turn, surround the pool and there are garden pathways between fruit trees and flowering plants. The villa is set within a 2,500 sq metres plot in a private condominium of similar properties with neighbouring farmsteads and located between a pine forest and the ocean.

Os Pinheiros is a well-equipped villa: all the rooms are fitted with air conditioning/heating and there is mosquito netting on all the windows. The bedrooms have blackout electric blinds. Wi-Fi is available throughout and there is a widescreen smart TV in the living room.

Between cooling pool dips you can play “petanque” at the villa’s private court and can ride the bikes provided to cycle to the beach and local shops. You can also learn to surf locally with “Surf in Comporta” or go horse riding at “Cavalos na Areia”. Comporta village with its hippy-chic shops and a wider range of restaurants is located 11 kms drive away.

WARNING NOTES: There are unprotected drops from various terraces and pool surround, so young children need to be supervised.

  • Bedroom linen is changed once a week, bathroom linen is changed twice a week

  • Minimum 1-week rentals apply with Saturday changeovers preferred between 15 June – 15 September; flexible other periods
  • Discount incentives for extended stays on request
  • Check-in after 16:00 hours & check-out before 10:00 hours
  • No parties for more than full capacity, not pets & strictly no smoking indoors (penalty equal to security deposit)
  • Extra services are subject to availability and should be booked well in advance especially in high season; no credit cards accepted locally, only cash
  • Non-refundable rental deposit of 30% required to reserve the property
  • Special “Covid19 Pandemic” flexi terms up to 9 weeks before the start of the rental date – option of changing to alternative dates up to the end of 2021, free of charge and subject to availability; although we recommend that you also be covered by Covid 19 related insurance similar to https://www.portugaltravelinsurance.com
  • Rental balance due 6 weeks prior to start date of rental
  • Security deposit of €3,000 to be paid in advance of rental; in exceptional cases & when pre-arranged, the security deposit can be paid at the property – this amount minus any applicable charges is refundable at the end of the holiday
