"A delightful, thatched beach villa with private pool located between Carvalhal and Pego beaches in Comporta."

Inspired by Comporta’s traditional fishermen´s huts, villa Sea Breeze is located just a few minutes’ walk away from the beach. 

This thatched beach house enjoys stylish but relaxed interiors totaling 250 sq metres, featuring natural textures and hues with polished cement floors which can be heated on colder days. The delightful outdoor living and dining areas are perfect for long lunches, accompanied by a bottle of local wine or just reading a book and enjoying lazy sunny days. In the evenings, the proximity to the ocean and soothing sound of waves, will lull you to sleep.

Sandy beach-effect private grounds with lush vegetation surround the villa and pool, making it an enjoyable safe and serene space to unwind in.

The Comporta region sits within the Sado River Nature Reserve where you can go dolphin watching, cycle between rice paddies and pine forests, learn to surf, or go horse riding on the dunes. Local fishermen still mend their nets on the beach and storks make their nests on just about every pole in the area. 

WARNING NOTES: Due to some unprotected drops from the top floor terrace and staircase, young children need to be supervised.

2024 RENTAL PRICES IN EUROS

  • July & August: €9,500 p/week

  • May, June & September: €7,200 p/week

  • All other periods: €6,000 p/week

  • Two week rentals preferred in July & August; otherwise minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday changeovers apply
  • Check-in after 16:00 hours & check-out before 10:00 hours
  • No parties for more than full capacity, no pets & strictly no smoking indoors (penalty equal to security deposit)
  • Extra services are subject to availability and should be booked well in advance especially in high season; no credit cards accepted locally, only cash
  • Non-refundable rental deposit of 30% required to reserve the property 
  • Rental balance due 6 weeks prior to start date of rental, not refundable after this date
  • Security deposit of €2,000 to be paid in advance of rental – this amount minus any applicable charges is refundable at the end of the holiday
